Commissioned by luxury lifestyle magazine Bal Harbour for its summer issue, this illustration was created around the theme An All-American Summer.

I chose to portray California through a luxury resort setting, featuring a woman unwinding poolside in a spa and wellness atmosphere, with the Santa Monica Mountains and vibrant bougainvillea evoking the unmistakable spirit of the West Coast.
